The entire property is located in Portobuffolè, the last town on the border between the province of Treviso and the province of Pordenone, a place that belongs to the association “The Most Beautiful Villages of Italy”, founded in 2001 thanks to the Council of Tourism of the Association of Italian Municipalities (ANCI).
The Villa dates back to 1694, is about 50 km from Venice and is entirely and finely restored with an extra-luxury hotel-restaurant destination.
In the central body of the villa there are eight beautiful suites, with frescoes and stuccos restored and preserved very well, while in the barchessa there are 35 rooms on the first floor and the restaurant rooms on the ground floor.
The covered area is approximately 4,500 square meters.
In the park, which measures 45,000 square meters, there is a swimming pool with hydro massage.
The entire property faces the provincial road, which connects the province of Treviso to Pordenone, but it is important to know that privacy is obviously guaranteed by the huge park and the enclosure walls, surrounded by vegetation.
